إشكالية النمو المحابي للفقراء في الجزائر. دراسة قياسية باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة للفترة 1988-2017

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة ظاهرة النمو المحابي للفقر في الجزائر من خلال قياس أثر معدلات كل من النمو، البطالة وأيضا التفاوت في توزيع الدخل ( كمتغيرات مستقلة)، على معدل الفقر (كمتغير تابع) باستخدام بيانات سنوية خلال الفترة 1988-2017. بالاستعانة على نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المتباطئة ARDL، أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة طردية بين كل من معامل جيني ( ممثلا لمعدل التفاوت) ومعدل البطالة مع معدل الفقر، وعلاقة عكسية بين معدل النمو ومعدل الفقر وذلك في المدى الطويل، وهو ما يؤكد وجود نمو محابي للفقراء في الجزائر. Abstract: This paper aims to examine the phenomenon of pro-poor growth in Algeria by measuring the effect of the growth rate, the unemployment rate and also the rate of inequality, on the poverty rate during the period 1988 - 2017 (annual data). Using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag Model (ARDL), the study found that there was a positive relationship between both the Gini coefficient and the unemployment rate with the poverty rate, and a negative relationship between the growth rate and the poverty rate in the long run, which is in accordance with pro-poor growth in Algeria.
