القيم التنظيمية وعلاقتها بجودة التعليم العالي دراسة ميدانية على بعض الجامعات

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إى التعرف على العلاقة بين القيم التنظيمية بجودة التعليم العالي نظرا لما نلمسه في الواقع من بعض القيم السلبية التي تسود العديد من الجامعة الجزائرية كقيم عدم الانضباط في مواعيد العمل، اللامبالاة والتهاون، الغياب، والإهمال وهيمنة العلاقات الشخصية في الاختيار والتعيين والترقية...الخ، إضافة إلى مختلف مظاهر الصراعات والنزاعات بين الإدارة والأساتذة وبين الأساتذة والطلبة من جهة أخرى مما أدى إلى هجرة الكثير من الكفاءات والتي يرجعها بعض الخبراء إلى تخلف التعليم العالي في الوطن العربي عموما وجمود النظام الجامعي والافتقار إلى جو الدراسة الملائم، وعدم الاهتمام بالبحث العلمي، وعدم توفر قدر مناسب من الحرية الأكاديمية. : This study aimed to identify the relationship between organizational values and the quality of higher education, given what we actually see of some negative values that prevail in many Algerian universities as non Discipline in work schedules, indifference and complacency, absence, neglect and the dominance of personal relationships in Selection, appointment, promotion ... etc, in addition to the various manifestations of conflicts and disputes between management Professors and professors and students on the other hand, which led to the emigration of many talents Which some experts attributeto the backwardness of higher education in the Arab world in general and the rigidity of the system University, the lack of an appropriate study atmosphere, lack of interest in scientific research, and the lack of an adequate amount of academic freedom
