معايير أخلاقيات البحث العلمي في العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية

Résumé: نظرا لأهمية البحث العلمي وضرورته للمجتمعات وباعتباره سبيل لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة فقد تسابق وتهافت العلماء والباحثين لإعداده والمؤسسات لتمويله،ومن البديهي أن يكون للبحث العلمي أخلاقيات تضبط هذا العمل وتلزم الباحثين والعلماء بالتحلي بالنزاهة العلمية وعدم ارتكاب تجاوزات في حق ما يسير البشرية، لأنّ التجاوز يولد مشاكل وأزمات ضدّ الإنسانية. وقد تضمّنت هذه الورقة البحثيةعناصر مهمّة معنونة بمعايير أخلاقيات البحث العلمي في مجال العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية، بدءا بمكونات أخلاقيات البحث العلمي، أخلاقيات البحث العلمي للأستاذ والمعايير المهنية، وتمّ التطرق كذلك لصور خرق أخلاقيات البحث العلمي، لنصل لآخر عنصر وهو قواعد الوقاية والحدّ من السرقة العلمية والذي تضمّن الأحكام الواردة في قانون الجزائر لتدابير الرقابة على السرقة العلمية، ونختم بحوصلة لهذه المعطيات المهمة والتي باتت هاجس كل باحث وعالم. Abstract : Given the importance of scientificresearch and it’snescessity for sicieties as a way to achievesustainable, scientists and researchers have competed and flokedprepareit and institutions to finance it, itisevidentthatscientificresearch has ethicsthat control thiswork and oblige researchers and scientists to show scientificintegrity and not to commit transgresssionsagainstwhatisgoing on humankindbecause transgression createsprolems and crises againsthumanity. This researchpaperincluded important elementsentitledSstandars of Ethics for ScientificResearch in the Field of Humanities and Social Sciences, BlandComponements of Ethics for ScientificResearch, Ethics of ScientificResearch for Professorwith Professional Standards,the image of the ethics of scientificresearch have alsoeenaddressed, to reach the last element, whichis the rules of prevention and limitation of scientifictheft, whichincluded the provisions contained in the algerianlaw for measures to control scientifictheft, and weconcludewith a grasp of these important data, which has becom the obsession of everyresearcher.
