القرصنة وتداعياتها على ركب الحج البحري المغاربي خلال القرن ال18 الميلادي

Résumé: ما يسترعي اهتمام الدارس لظاهرة ا لقرصنة على الركب الحجي البحري في بلاد المغارب خلال الفترة الحديثة هو ارتباط ظهوره وازدياد نشاطه بحالة التوتر والحروب التي سادت علاقات الإسلام بالمسيحية في الحوض الغربي للمتوسط. لذا نحاول في هذه المقالة واعتمادا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي تتبع أخبار الركب الحجي البحري المغاربي، والذي رغم عمليات السطو البحري والقرصنة والحروب المتوالية لم تثن هذه العوامل من عزيمة الحجاج المغاربة فرادى وجماعات في اقتحام المجال المتوسطي، والتوجه صوب أراضي الحرمين الشريفين لأداء مناسك الحج. Abstract: In this summary, the focus is on the phenomenon of piracy during maritime pilgrimages in the Maghreb countries in the modern period. What captures the student's attention is the correlation between the emergence and escalation of piracy and the heightened tension and conflicts between Islam and Christianity in the western Mediterranean basin. Despite the challenges posed by sea robberies, piracy, and ongoing wars, this article aims to track the developments in Maghreb maritime pilgrimages. Importantly, despite these adversities, Maghrebian pilgrims, both individually and in groups, demonstrated unwavering determination to navigate the Mediterranean, reaching the lands of the Two Holy Mosques to fulfill the Hajj rituals.
