العلاقات السعودية التركية فرص التعاون وديناميات الصراع

Résumé: تعتبر تركيا و السعودية من أهم ركائز النظام الإقليمي في الشرق الأوسط ، و ذلك لأهميتهما الإستراتيجية ، و نفوذهما في الإقليم ، هذا الأخير الذي يشهد أزمات ، و تحولات ولّدت رهانات أمنية مركبة على الوحدات في النظام الإقليمي ، وقد دفع تنامي هذه الرهانات ، و التمدد الإيراني في ظل الانسحاب الأمريكي ، العلاقات بين البلدين نحو التقارب المتسارع ، خاصة في الجانب الأمني ، من خلال التنسيق و التعاون ، تسعى الدراسة للبحث في طبيعة علاقات البلدين خاصة في جانبها الأمني ،و إلى أي مدي بإمكانه أن يمتد إلى مجالات أكثر ، لكن هذا الهدف يواجه عراقيل و تحديات عديدة ، نظرا لتعارض المصالح و العلاقات الإقليمية المعقدة ، في إقليم يشهد أزمات مزمنة . Turkey and Saudi Arabia are most important pillars in the Middle East regional system, for their strategic importance and their influence in the region. This latter is witnessing a crisis and a change resulting in complex menace upon regional units. The growing of these menaces and the Iranian expansion concurrent with the American withdrawal pushed the relationship towards accelerated convergence especially in security side, through coordination and cooperation. This study aims to delve into the two countries relations nature , especially security dimension , and to what extent it might extend to other more fields but this aim is confronted by obstacles and challenges due to the contending interests and complicated regional relationship in the region witnessing chronic crisis.
