محددات المشاركة السياسية و سوسيولوجيا الفعل الانتخابي في الجزائر مقاربة نظرية في قراءة الظاهرة الانتخابية

Résumé: تعالج هذه الورقة أهم قضية علمية تدرس في حقل علم الاجتماع السياسي وهي المشاركة السياسية ودورها في و إنتاج نماذج للفعل الانتخابي وخاصة في المجتمع الجزائري الذي يسعى إلى تكريس ثقافة الدولة و ترسيخ مفهوم المواطنة عن طريق الانتخاب وتعزيز حرية الفرد وإشراك المجتمع في الحياة العامة عن طريق خلق و تهيئة أرضية سياسية وقانونية تسمح بتوفير الشروط اللازمة لإنجاح المشاركة السياسية وتفعيل السلوك الانتخابي وضمان استمرارية مشروع الدولة التي تعترف بالحريات وتضمن الحقوق و تحدد الواجبات في سياق حقل سياسي يؤمن بالاختلاف والتعددية السياسية This paper addresses the most important scientific issue studied in the field of political sociology, which is political participation and its role in producing models of electoral action, especially in Algerian society, which seeks to consolidate the culture of the state, consolidate the concept of citizenship through elections, enhance individual freedom and involve society in public life by creating and creating a political and legal ground that allows providing the necessary conditions for successful political participation, activating electoral behavior and ensuring the continuity of the state project that recognizes freedoms, guarantees rights and defines duties in the context of a political field that believes in difference and political pluralism
