Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية الكفاءة المهنية والعلمية لمدربي السباحة في نجاح عملية إعداد وتكوين البراعم الشبانية المستقبلية )09 ـ 12 سنة( والإحاطة ببعض الجوانب الفنية والعلمية في إعداد وتكوين البراعم الشبانية ومدى مطابقتها للمقاييس العلمية في مجال تعليم وتدريب السباحين الناشئين ، ضف إلى ذلك معرفة الفروق الموجودة في الطرق والأساليب التعليمية المتبعة من طرف مدربي السباحة في إعداد وتكوين البراعم الشبانية ، ومدى مطابقتها للمقاييس العلمية والعملية في المجال التربوي والرياضي ، كما تطرقنا في دراستنا إلى بعض الجوانب التربوية والفنية لعمل مدربي السباحة وبعض المشاكل والنقائص في ميدان العمل. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the importance of professional and scientific competence of the swim trainers in the success of the process of setting up and configuring the future Young buds 09 12 yearsand take some of the technical and scientific aspects of setting up and configuring the Young buds and the extent of compliance with scientific standards in the field of education and training of young swimmers, Add to that knowledge of the differences in the ways and methods of education followed by coaches swimming in the setup and configuration of Young buds, and the extent of compliance with the scientific and practical standards in the educational and sports field as we talked in our study to some of the educational and technical aspects of the work of swimming coaches and some of the problems and shortcomings in the field of employment
