From Territorial Governance To The Governance Of Public Enterprises In Algeria. Ape Sonatrach
Résumé: The study focused on the importance and necessity of the governance of natural resources management in Algeria (oil and gas), which determines the nature of the rental economy of hydrocarbons, which contributes to the largest proportion of the national income represented by the revenues of the Sonatrach enterprise, and by attempting to move from the concept of regional or local governance .The governance of public institutions, such as Sonatrach (central decision), and based on the statistics of the Natural Resources Governance Index (2013-2017), shows that Algeria is still ranked in the implementation of regional or institutional governance provisions. Such as the fuel supplier by rationalizing Sonatrach's investments on profitable investments and channeling their revenues towards sustainable local development .
