Résumé: يحظى تاريخ الجزائر العثمانية باهتمام واضح في الكتابات التاريخية الوطنية والعالمية، ومن بين المواضيع التي أثيرت في دراسة تاريخها تلك الامتيازات الفرنسية بالشرق الجزائري التي تعتبر عاملا مهما في تطبيق معاهدات السلم والتعاون المبرمة بين الجانب الجزائري بعد التحاقه بالدولة العثمانية، والجانب الفرنسي، وبتطور الوضع انتقل التعامل بهذه الامتيازات إلى معاهدات مبرمة، وكانت الشركة الإفريقية الملكية إحدى المؤسسات التي عملت على عقد الاتفاقات الخاصة بهذا الموضوع، نحاول من خلال هذا الموضوع تحديد شروطها وضوابطها وقواعدها، على وفق الوثائق الأرشيفية الثابتة. Abstract The Ottoman Algeria history has an obvious interest in national and global historical writings, Among the topics raised in the study of its history, those French privileges in the Algerian East , Which is considered as an important factor in the application of peace and cooperation Conventions signed between the Algerian side after joining the Ottoman Empire , and the French side . And by the evolution of the situation; dealing with these privileges moved to a signed conventions . The royal African Company was one from the companies that worked on contracting agreements concerning this subject . And through this subject we try to determine the conditions , disciplines and the rules, according to the constant archival documents.
