دور السياسة الضريبية في تحسين بعض المؤشرات الاجتماعية دراسة حالة الجزائر خلال الفترة ( 2000 – 2014 )
Résumé: الملخص: سوف نحاول من خلال بحثنا هذا التعرف على دور السياسة الضريبية في تحسين الأوضاع الاجتماعية في الجزائر، وذلك من خلال التعرض لمختلف الإصلاحات الضريبية التي أقرتها السلطات العمومية خلال السنوات الماضية سعيا منها لتحقيق بعض الأهداف الاجتماعية، ومن ثم تحكيم السياسة الضريبية في هذا المجال على مجموعة من المؤشرات التي تمكننا من الحكم على مدى فعاليتها، وأخيرا تقديم مجموعة من الاقتراحات التي من شأنها تفعيل السياسة الضريبية كمتغير هام لتحسين بعض الأوضاع الاجتماعية في الجزائر. Abstract: We will try through this paper to identify the role of taxation policy in improving the social situation in Algeria, by talking about the various taxation reforms approved by the public authorities over the past years in order to achieve some of social goals, and then trying to know about the effectiveness of this policy. And finally, present a set of proposals that can be considered as important elements of taxation policy to improve the social situation in Algeria.
