المساهمة التربوية للأسرة في توجيه المشروع المهني للأبناء(دراسة وصفية)

Résumé: تناول نص هذا المقال المساهمة التربوية للأسرة في توجيه المشروع المهني لأبنائها، لاعتبار أن الأسرة تؤدي دورا بالغ الأهمية في بناء اتجاه أبنائها نحو المهنة المستقبلية. هدفت هذه الدراسة الوصفية للكشف عن مستوى المساهمة التربوية للأسرة والتحقق من تأثير المستوى التعليمي للوالدين في توجيه المشروع، استهدفت الدراسة (210) من أمهات وآباء الطلبة الجامعيون، الموزع عليهم الاستبيان المعد للدراسة. وبعد معالجة المعطيات المجتمعة انتهت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - تساهم الأسرة في توجيه المشروع المهني لأبنائها منذ الصغر، بتأثير عدة عوامل وهي: أسلوبها في التربية ومتابعة مسارهم وطموحها في نجاح أبنائها إلى جانب ما تمتلكه من رأسمال تعليمي واقتصادي. - يختلف الدور التربوي للأسرة باختلاف مستواها التعليمي ، فالنتائج أثبتت أن الأولياء الذين ينتمون لمستويات تعليمية (كالجامعي والثانوي) تكون مساهمتهم التربوية ايجابية في توجيه مشروع الأبناء. The text of this article deals with the educational contribution of the family to guide the professional project of the children, the study also aims to determine the extent to which parents’ level of education influences the orientation of the project .The study sample included (210)mothers and fathers of university students; we distributed a measurement questionnaire to them. the study concluded with these results: - The family contributes to guiding the professional project for its children since childhood; influenced by several factors: the method of education; its ambition in the success of its children; and its educational and economic level. – The impact of the role of the family on the choices of its children varies according to the educational level of the parents, by virtue of the fact that parents with a high level of education have a positive contribution towards the project.
