تقييم الأداء الجامعي بدراسة المرجعية الوطنية لضمان الجودة في ضوء مفهوم ضمان جودة التعليم العالي

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على مساهمة عملية تقويم الأداء في تعزيز تطبيق ضمان جودة التعليم العالي بالجامعة حسيبة بن بوعلي بالشلف، وذلك باعتبار أن الجودة حقيقة تمثل شيء أساسي وهام في مؤسسات التعليم العالي، اذا تم اعتمادها وتطبيقها بالشكل الصحيح، حيث أن الجودة عبارة عن ممارسة ولا بد من الممارسة أن تبنى على معايير وانظمة وقواعد محددة توضع من قبل خبراء في جميع المجلات مجال التعليم، التقويم، البحث العلمي، وخدمة المجتمع، هذه المعايير والقواعد والأنظمة التي تنظم عمل الجودة في الجامعة تكون منبثقة من قبل هيئات معتمدة ومراكز وطنية ودولية، ومحددة وواضحة لجميع الأطراف المشاركة في عملية التطبيق وكذا التقويم، وقد تم التوصل الى نتيجة عامة تمثلت في الجهود المبذولة من قبل جامعة حسيبة بن بوعلي بالشلف عامة وأعضاء خلية ضمان الجودة خاصة بتطبيق معايير المرجعية الوطنية لضمان الجودة، وكان هذا واضح بالتركيز على الميادين الأساسية كميدان التكوين والبحث العلمي وكذا ميدان الحياة الجامعية. The study aims to identify the contribution of the performance evaluation process in enhancing the application of the quality assurance of higher education at Hassiba ben Bouali University in Chlef, considering that quality is a fact that is a fundamental and important thing in higher education institutions, if it is adopted and properly applied, as quality is an exercise and not It is imperative to practice that it be based on specific standards, regulations and rules set by experts in all journals in the field of education, evaluation, scientific research, and community service. These standards, rules and regulations that regulate quality work at the university are emanated from accredited bodies and national and international centers, specific and clear. For all the parties involved in the application process as well as the evaluation, and a general result was reached represented by the efforts made by Hassiba Ben Bouali University in Chlef in general and by the members of the Quality Assurance Cell for the application of national reference standards for quality assurance, and this was evident by focusing on the basic fields such as the field of training and scientific research As well as the field of university life.
