Résumé: تعتبر دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة من أوائل الدول النفطية في العالم التي اهتمت بتجسيد إستراتيجية تنويع اقتصادها بعيدا عن النفط، واتجهت إلى توسيع استثماراتها الوطنية في عدد من القطاعات الأخرى منها البنى التحتية، التجارة والسياحة، الخدمات المالية والمصرفية، الطاقة المتجددة فضلا عن الصناعة التحويلية والدقيقة، الأمر الذي جعلها تحقق قفزات كبيرة وانجازات مبهرة متخطية بذلك التحديات الرّاهنة خاصة تلك الناجمة عن التراجع الكبير الذي تشهده أسعار النفط في الأسواق الدولية، حيث باتت قاعدتها الإنتاجية أكثر قوة وصلابة وتنوعا في ظل التطبيق المحكم لسياسة التنويع الاقتصادي من قبل صناع القرار بالدولة. تأسيسا على ما سبق فإن هذه الورقـــة البحثية تهدف إلى الوقـــــــــوف على أهم معالم تلك السياسة قصد الاستفادة منها لصياغة إستراتيجية شاملة لتنويع الاقتصاد الجزائري. The UAE is one of the first oil-producing countries in the world that cared to embody its diversification strategy away from oil; and tended to expand national investments in a number of other sectors including infrastructure, trade, tourism, financial and banking services in addition to renewable energy and industry manufacturing and accurate , making it achieved great strides and impressive achievements, surpassing the current challenges, especially those resulting from the significant decline witnessed in oil prices in international markets, where its base production has become more strength and stiffness and versatile under the arbitrator's application of the policy of economic diversification by makers the decision in the state. And Based on the foregoing , this paper aims to identify the dimensions of such a policy in order to take advantage of them in the formulation of a comprehensive strategy to diversify the Algerian economy .
