انعكاسات الإستراتيجية الأمنية الإيرانية على دول الخليج العربي (بعد حرب الخليج الأولى 1988 - 2014)

Résumé: ارتكزت هذه الدراسة على تحليل أهداف ومحددات الإستراتيجية الأمنية الإيرانية، وانعكاسات المشروع النووي الإيراني على دول الخليج العربي بعد حرب الخليج الأولى، وتأثير ذلك على طبيعة الإستراتيجية الأمنية الإيرانية. إن طبيعة النظام السياسي الإيراني الذي ظهر بعد الثورة الإسلامية والتغيرات التي شهدها بعد حرب الخليج الأولى، كان لها الأثر البالغ في طرح الكثير من التساؤلات حول سياسة إيران الخارجية والمؤسسات المتحكمة في صنع واتخاذ القرار في إيران بعد الحرب الباردة. إن سعي إيران لامتلاك قوة عسكرية يجعلها تبرز في المنطقة كقوة إقليمية في الشرق الأوسط، وكان الهدف الرئيسي منها هو تأمين حدودها من التهديدات من أي قوة معادية، وإلى بسط نفوذها في المنطقة وفق للأسس التي قامت عليها الإستراتيجية الإيرانية، الممثلة في المصالح القومية العليا التي تسعى لتصديرها إلى دول المنطقة. إضافة إلى تداعيات المشروع النووي الإيراني على دول المنطقة وتأثيره على استقرار وأمن المنطقة وموقف القوى الكبرى من هذا المشروع. Cette étude a été basée sur l' analyse des objectifs et les déterminants de la sécurité stratégique de l'Iran, et les implications du projet nucléaire iranien sur les pays arabes du Golfe après la première guerre du Golfe, et l'effet sur la nature de la stratégie de sécurité de l'Iran.
