أثر القيم في اتخاذ القرار الشرائي للمستهلك الصحي دراسة ميدانية لعينة منمجتمع ورقلة

Résumé: إن الهدف الأساسي من معالجة الموضوع هو دراسة تأثير القيم في القرار الشرائي للمستهلك الصحي لعينة من مجتمع ولاية ورقلة ، وتدعيما لذلك تم القيام بدراسة ميدانية استهدفت 200 مستهلك وقد تم استخدام المنهج التحليلي الوصفي من خلال تصميم استبانه مكونة من 23 عبارة متعلقة بموضوع الدراسة ، وتمت معالجة المعطيات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائيspss لخصت الدراسة الى وجود تأثير لكل أبعاد القيم (الاجتماعية، الثقافية، الاقتصادية، الدينية( في اتخاذ القرار الشرائي للمستهلك بالإضافة الى وجود فورقات ذات دلالة احصائية للقرارات الشرائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس وعدم وجود فورقات ذات دلالة احصائية للقرارات الشرائية تعزى لمتغير السن، الدخل، المستوى التعليميThe main objective of addressing the issue is to study the impact of values on the purchasing decision of the healthy consumer for a sample of the community of the state of Ouargla, and in support of that, a field study was conducted targeting 200 consumers.The descriptive analytical approach was used by designing a questionnaire consisting of 23 statements related to the subject of the study, and the data were processed using the SPSS statistical program. The study concluded that all dimensions of values (social, cultural, economic, and religious) have an impact on consumer purchasing decision-making, in addition to the existence of statistically significant differences in purchasing decisions attributed to the gender variable. The absence of statistically significant differences in purchasing decisions due to the variable of age, income, educational level.
