Résumé: ملخص: حدد الدستور الجهات التي تملك حق تحريك الرقابة الدستورية وعلى رأسها حامي الدستور وممثل السلطة التنفيذية الأول - رئيس الجمهورية –.ومع التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2016 طرأت تغيرات على المجلس الدستوري الجزائري لمست تشكيلته وصلاحياته وكذا توسيع الجهات المكلفة بإخطاره والسماح دستوريا لجهة ثانية في السلطة التنفيذية بتحريك الرقابة الدستورية في الجزائر وهي الوزير الأول. Abstract: The constitution defines the parties that have the right to activate constitutional control, first and foremost the protector of the Constitution and the representative of the first executive authority - the President of the Republic. With the constitutional amendment of 2016, changes took place in the Algerian Constitutional Council, which touched on its composition and powers, Constitutional authority in Algeria, which is the prime minister.
