تأثير أزمة الديون السيادية بمنطقة اليورو على معدلات النمو الاقتصادي لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي

Résumé: تركت الاختلالات الاقتصادية وأزمة الديون السيادية بمنطقة اليورو العديد من الآثار، مست جميع الاقتصاديات المتطورة وحتى النامية بحكم ترابط الأسواق ومكانة دول منطقة اليورو في الاقتصاد العالمي، وقد تأثرت مختلف المؤشرات الاقتصادية للدول العربية بالأزمة، واختلفت درجة التأثير من دولة إلى أخرى حسب درجة الانفتاح الاقتصادي وارتباط كل دولة باقتصاد منطقة اليورو، وكذلك حسب الدول المصدرة للنفط والمستوردة له، وقد ركزنا في دراستنا على أحد أهم هذه المؤشرات وهو معدل نمو الناتج المحلي الإجمالي لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، حيث سنرصد تذبذب هذا المعدل قبل أزمة الديون السيادية وبعدها ومعرفة أسباب تراجع معدلات النمو لهذه الدول. The Economic imbalances and the sovereign debt crisis in the euro zone has left many effects, which affected all the developed and emerging economies virtue of the interdependence of the markets and position of the euro zone countries in the global economy, various economic indicators for the Arab States has been affected by the crisis, and the degree of influence varies from state to state according to the degree economic openness and link Each states economy to the euro zone economy, as well as the oil-exporting and importing countries, we have focused in our study on one of the most important of these indicators, a GDP growth rate of the Cooperation Council for the Arabe States of the Gulf, where we will monitor the fluctuation of the growth rate before and after the sovereign debt crisis, and figuring out the causes of declining growth rates for these Countries.
