الديمقراطية التشاركية في الفضاء العام الافتراضي بين النص القانوني والتفعيل الافتراضي– الجزائر أنموذجا –

Résumé: ملخص: يتناول نص المقال ويسلط الضوء على واقع ومتغيرات نظرية مستقاة من نتائج أعمال أكاديمية كإسقاط واقعي لمفهوم وصورة الجزائر في حلة الديمقراطية التشاركية و مدى واقعيتها وكيف بدأت مفاهيم كثيرة تتغير وتتجلى ويعاد تشكيلها في فضاء افتراضي رقمي أصبح بل أضحى فيه المواطن عنصرا فاعلا في قلب الإعلام التشاركي والفعل الديمقراطي السياسي في فضاء مطلق - نسبيا - والى حد ما عمّق مختلف تقنيات الحوار السياسي في الفضاء السياسي بشكل ولّد الديمقراطية كصيغة قانونية ودستورية جديدة وحوّرها فعليا عبر منصاته ومختلف تطبيقاته في ممارسة الرقابة المجتمعية Abstract: The text of the article deals with and highlight the reality and theoretical variables derived from academic results as a realistic projection of the concept and image of Algeria in the form of participatory democracy and the extent of its realism and how many concepts began to change, manifest and re-form in a virtual digital space in which the citizen has become an active element in the heart of participatory media and democratic action the political in an absolute – relatively- and to some extent the depth of the various techniques of political dialogue in the political space in a way that gave birth to democracy as a new legal and constitutional formula and actually transformed it through its platforms and various applications in the exercise of community control.
