دور التمويل المصغر في تمويل التنمية المحلية – الوكالة الوطنية لتسيير القرض المصغر بولاية البويرة نموذجا-

Résumé: ملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى الوقوف على مدى مساهمة نموذج التمويل المصغر في تحقيق التنمية على المستوى المحلي باعتباره أحد آليات الدعم المالي الحديثة لأصحاب المشاريع الصغيرة، وذلك من خلال عرضنا لمختلف المفاهيم العامة المرتبطة بنموذج التمويل المصغر، ومن ثم الوقوف على واقع التمويل المصغر في الجزائر، كما سنشير إلى تجربة المديرية الولائية للوكالة الوطنية لتسيير القرض المصغر لولاية البويرة كنموذج. توصلت دراستنا في الأخير في أن صيغة التمويل المصغر في الجزائر بشكل عام وفي ولاية البويرة بشكل خاص قد أسهم في دعم التنمية من خلال تمويل المشروعات الصغيرة وامتصاص البطالة. التصنيف JEL : G21، G29، G32، M13. Abstract: This research aims to determine the extent of the microfinance model's contribution to achieving development at the local level as one of the modern financial support mechanisms for the owners of small projects, through our presentation of various general concepts related to the microfinance model, and then to examine the reality of microfinance in Algeria, as well We will refer to the experience of the state directorate of the National Agency for the Administration of Microcredit of Bouira Province as a model. Our study recently concluded that the microfinance formula in Algeria in general and in the Bouira governorate in particular has contributed to supporting development through financing small projects and absorbing unemployment.
