أهمية تطبيق قواعد الحوكمة المالية على تحسين ربحية المؤسسات الاقتصادية

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبرازأهمية تطبيققواعد الحوكمةالمالية في تحسين ربحية المؤسسات الاقتصادية، حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على اظهار أهمية قواعد الحوكمة وأثرها على الأداء المالي للمؤسسة،وقد تم إبراز ذلك من خلال التطرق الى الحوكمة وأثرها على الربحية في الجانب النظري، في حين تناولت الدراسة التطبيقية دراسة حالة الشركة الوطنية للتأمين بإيليزي، ومدى التزامها بقواعد الحوكمة، وأثر هاته الأخيرة على الأداء المالي للشركة، وذلك من خلال تحليل ودراسة أهم النسب الماليةوخاصة المؤشرات المتعلقة بالربحية. وقد توصلت الدراسة من خلال تحليل مؤشرات الربحية إلى أهمية قواعد الحوكمة والمتمثلة في القواعد الستة التي أصدرتها منظمة التعاون الاقتصادي والتنميةفي التأثير على الأداء المالي للمؤسسة وتحسين ربحيتها. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the impact of applyingfinancial governance rules in improving the profitability of economic institutions. The study relied on showing the importance of governance rules and their impact on the financial performance of the organization. This was highlighted by addressing governance and its impact on profitability in the theoretical aspect, while The applied study examined the case of the National Insurance Company in Illizi, the extent of its commitment to the rules of governance, and the impact of the latter on the company’s financial performance, through analyzing and studying the most important financial ratios, especially indicators related to profitability. Through the analysis of profitability indicators, the study concluded the importance of governance rules, represented by the six rules issued by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development, in influencing the financial performance of the institution and improving its profitability.
