دور القروض الصغيرة و متناهية الصغر الاسلامية في تمويل مشاريع البنى التحية تجربة بنغلادش – السودان- الاردن

Résumé: تعتبر القروض متناهية الصغر أداة فعالة لمواجهة الفقر ، فهي تساعد الافراد الغير قادرين على دخول النظام المالي الرسمي على اقتراض مبالغ صغيرة من الاموال يحتاجونها لبدا او تطوير اعمالهم . أكد مختصون وخبراء فى التمويل الإسلامي أن التمويل متناهي الصغر والذي يتم وفقاً للشريعة الإسلامية يعد حلا مميزا لمعالجة الفقر فى العالم الإسلامي، حيث يعتبر الفقر أحد أكبر التحديات التي تواجه الحكومات في المنطقة، يأتي هذا التأكيد فى الوقت الذي أشارت فيه تقارير إلى ضعف انتشار هذا النوع من التمويل، حيث أكد مختصون أن دور التمويل الأصغر فى مكافحته للفقر لا يزال محدودا للغاية كما اشاروا إلى ضعف انتشار التمويل الأصغر الإسلامي في الدول العربية وعدم إقبال مقدمي خدمات التمويل الأصغر التقليدي على تقديم خدمات التمويل الأصغر الإسلامي .وفى هذا الإطار تسعى مؤسسات وجهات خاصة فى القطاع للعمل على دعم هذه الصناعة Abstract: Micro-credit is an effective tool for combating poverty. It helps individuals who are unable to enter the formal financial system borrow small amounts of money they need to start or develop their business. Islamic finance specialists and experts confirmed that the micro finance, which is carried out according to the Islamic Sharia, is considered a distinguished solution to tackle poverty in the Islamic world. Poverty is one of the biggest challenges facing governments in the region, this emphasis comes as reports indicate that this kind of financing is weak.
