Valorisation Des Sables Duno-démolis Dans La Formulation Des Mortiers

Résumé: "The present study is intended to valorize the waste of the demolished concrete by the research of an optimal formula of mortar based on sand dune of Oued souf offering optimal mechanical properties. These mortars can therefore be used for paving, waterproofing, etc. One hundred and thirty-two (132) samples of mortar based on a mixture of dune sand and recycled sand at dosages varying from 0% to 100% of the 20% step (MSR%, M80/20%, M60/40%, M40/20%, M20/40% et MSD%) were prepared and subjected to physical and mechanical tests after preservation and/or without preservation. We have stipulated that the replacement of 40% recycled sand by dune sand offered an optimal resistance in compression of 5.69% and 3.80% compared to a formulation of MSD% and MSR% respectively in addition to an improvement in resistance to bending a estimated 79.17% and 72% compared to a formulation of MSD% and MSR% respectively.
