جريمة تبيض الأموال عبر الانترنت وانعكاساتها على الاقتصاد المحلي والعالمي

Résumé: تعتبر ظاهرة تبيض الأموال من الجرائم الاقتصادية المستحدثة المرتبطة بالجريمة المنظمة غالبا ولاسيما الإرهاب وهي عملية تستهدف إضفاء الشرعية على أموال منابعها غير مشروعة أي استخدام عائدات الجريمة في تعزيز الأنشطة الإجرامية والتسلل إلى الهياكل الاقتصادية المشروعة، وساعدت تقنيات المعلومات والتكنولوجيا الحديثة في تبيض الأموال عبر شبكة الانترنت بمختلف الأساليب و بكل ما تحمله من مخاطر على الاقتصاد الوطني والعالمي ، فكان لزاما رفع التحدي والبحث عن أفضل الحلول المقترحة لمكافحة هده الظاهرة بكل أبعادها. The phenomenon of the ovulation of funds is one of the most recent economic crimes associated with organized crime particulary terrorism and is aimed at legalizing the funds of its illegal nature. the use of procees of crime in promoting criminal activities and infiltration into legitimate economic structures .the technology of information technology and modern technology helped in the launderingof money through the internet in various ways and with all the risks it poses to the national and global economy its was necessary to take up the challenge and find the best solutions proposed to combat this phenomenon in all its dimensions
