تحديد أثر الإنفاق العام على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990-2016 دراسة قياسية باستخدام نموذج Ardl Determining The Impact Of Public Expenditure On Economic Growth In Algeria During The Period 1990-2016 Using The Ardl Model

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة من خلال ما تضمنته إلى قياس أثر الإنفاق العام على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر في الفترة الممتدة مابين 1990-2016 من خلال استعراض تطور الإنفاق العام بشقيه الجاري والاستثماري وتطور الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، وبالاعتماد على طرق القياس الاقتصادي من خلال فحص استقرارية السلاسل الزمنية وذلك بتطبيق اختبار ديكي فولرDickey-Fuller واستخدام اختبار الحدود للكشف عن وجود تكامل مشترك بين المتغيرات وتقدير العلاقة بينهم في المدى القصير والطويل باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المتباطئة ARDL، وكشفت النتائج المتحصل عليها أن الإنفاق العام يؤثر إيجابيا على النمو الاقتصادي في المدى القصير والمدى الطويل. Abstract The objective of this study is to measure the impact of public spending on economic growth in Algeria during the period 1990-2016 by reviewing the evolution of public expenditure in boththe current and investment and the development of GDP. and relying on economicmeasurement methods by testingthestationarity of data by applying Dickey-Fuller, And the use of border testing to detect the existence of a common integration of variables and the estimation of their relationship in the short and long term using the model of self-regression of the ARDL,Theresults obtained revealed that public spending positively affects Economic growth in the shortand long term.
