Résumé: Represents the Kharijites(Rebels) in the West, a prominent element in the Islamic political-religious conflict between Muslims, which occurred in the past, which extended its effects to our time. The researchers attributed the emergence of the Kharijites (Rebels) in the west to bad policy and she was followed by the rulers of the Umayyad with barbarians. Took advantage of the Kharijites(Rebels) defectors from the east this anger when the barbarians, and after a series of revolutions and bloody battles between the armies of the two authorities: the Umayyad and Abbasid, and the armies of rebels in the Muslim West emerged political entities new independent of each district of the Midwest and Far, and these entities are what is termed a "states Kharijites in the Muslim West "respectively: State Almadraria (Al-sufriyya) in 140 AH and Rustamiya (Ibadi) state in 161 AH.
