التحول إلى الاقتصاد الرقمي لإعادة بناء الصين بعد أزمة فيروس كورونا كوفيد- 19

Résumé: أثر تفشي مرض فيروس كورونا (COVID-19) بشدة على كل نواحي الحياة في الصين على غرار ما حدث لكل دول العالم، ولقد كان المتضرر الرئيسي لتفشي كوفيد- 19هو النشاط الاقتصادي. تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى توضيح حجم الخسائر التي لحقت بالاقتصاد الصيني على إثر تداعيات كوفيد- 19، وتقديم أحد الحلول التي تبنتها الصين للمساعدة على تخفيف الآثار السلبية لتفشي المرض والتقليل من تداعيات الأزمة الصحية عليه من خلال التحول الاقتصادي الرقمي . وتشير النتائج إلى أن التحول إلى الاقتصاد الرقمي في الصين أدى إلى تعزيز وإنعاش اقتصادها، خاصة في بعض القطاعات الصناعية وكذا التجارة الإلكترونية وبهذا استطاعت الصين الصمود في وجه العاصفة وتجاوز الأزمة بسلام. The covid-19 outbreak has had a severe impact on all aspects of life in China, as has happened to all countries of the world, and the main victim of this pandemic outbreak has been economic activity. This research paper aims to clarify the extent of the losses suffered by the Chinese economy in the wake of the covid-19 repercussions and to provide one of the solutions adopted by China to help mitigate the negative effects of the outbreak and reduce the repercussions of the health crisis on it through digital economic transformation. The results indicate that the shift to China's digital economy has strengthened and revitalized its economy, particularly in some industrial sectors as well as e-commerce, thus managing China to weather the storm and safely overcome the crisis.
