الإشكالات القلِقة لعلاقة الثقافة السياسية والعولمة

Résumé: لقد أحدثت العولمة تغيُّرات مسّت جميع نواحي الحياة، وذلك بفضل الأدوات التي ساهمت في تشكُّلها، بالتحديد أدوات الاتصال والرقمنة. لتمتد وتشمُل عِدّة مجالات، منها: الاقتصادي، السياسي والثقافي، من خِلال جُملة من القيم، دفعت بها لتتصدّر قائمة الثقافات المطلوبة والمهيّمنة. ومن أهمّ المجالات التي دخلت العولمة غِمارها، وأثّرت فيها بثقافتها، نجد المجال السياسي بأنشطته ونظامه، لتُكوّن علاقة وطيدة مع ما يُصطلح عليه بالثقافة السياسية، كدلالة على تداخُل الثقافة والسياسة وأن الحياة السياسية موصولة بالمواقِف الثقافية سواء كانت محلّية أم دولية من ثقافة العولمة. تهدف ورقتنا البحثية إلى إبراز الإشكالات القلِقة التي تطرحها علاقة الثقافة السياسية والعولمة. أمّا بالنسبة للنتائج التي توصّلنا إليها، فهي: العلاقة القوّية بين الثقافة السياسية والعولمة، قلق الإشكالات التي يتفكّر فيها العقل الفلسفي في سياقها، والحلّ الديمقراطي في بناء ثقافة سياسية عربية حقيقية. Globalization has brought about cautious changes affecting all aspects of life. This is thanks to the tools that contributed to its formation, namely the tools of communication and digitization. To extend and include several fields, including: economic, political and cultural, through a set of values, which pushed it to the top of the list of required and dominant cultures. Among the most important areas in whichglobalization entered its depths and affected its culture, we find the political field, its activities and its system, to form a close relationship with what is termed political culture, as an indication of the overlap of culture and politics and that political life is linked to cultural attitudes, whether local or international, form the culture of globalization. As for the results we reached, they are: the strong relationship between political culture and globalization, the concern of the problems that philosophical mind reflects on in their context, and the democratic solution in building a true arab political culture.
