الإرهاب والإسلاموفوبيا في أوروبا بين التأثير والتأثر

Résumé: الملخص: تحاول هذه الدراسة تفسير درجة التأثير والتأثر بين الإرهاب والإسلاموفوبيا وخاصةً بعد أحداث 11 سبتمبر 2001 التي أدّت إلى تنامي نشاط التنظيمات الإرهابية المتطرفة باسم الإسلام على اختلاف أهدافها وتوجهاتها، بالإضافة إلى ظهور أحزابٍ يمينيةٍ متطرفةٍ في أوروبا و بروز ما يسمى بظاهرة الإرهاب المضادّ. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تفكيك الارتباط التفاعلي بين ظاهرتي الإرهاب والإسلاموفوبيا للسعي لمواجهة سياسات الدول الغربية التي تكرّس ثقافة الكراهية والعنف المرتكب ضد الإسلام. وبعد الوصف والتحليل، تم التوصّل إلى أن رهاب الإسلام ليس مجموعةً من الأحداث العشوائية المستقلة، بل هو ظاهرةٌ ذات عوامل هيكليةٍ وسياقيةٍ يجب معالجتها كوحدةٍ واحدةٍ مع الظاهرة الإرهابية. Abstract: This study analyses the degree of a two-way influence between Terrorism and Islamophobia, especially after the 9/11 attacks that led to Terrorist Organizations in the name of Islam despite their targets and trends, in addition to the emergence of extreme right-wing parties in Europe that contributed to anti-terrorism. This study aims to disconnect the two concepts to confront the Western countries policies devoting the culture of hatred and violence perpetrated against Islam. And after description and analysis, the study concluded that Islamophobia is not a set of random occurrences, but a phenomenon that must be addressed to Terrorism as one unit.
