الأمن النفسي وعلاقته بالدافعية نحو الإنجاز لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية في محافظة الخليل-فلسطين في ظل جائحة كورونا

Résumé: ملخص الدراسة هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الأمن النفسي والدافعية نحو الإنجاز لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية في محافظة الخليل، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، حيث أجريت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (160) طالباً وطالبة من طلبة المرحلة الثانوية في مديرية التربية والتعليم وسط الخليل للعام الدراسي (2019/2020م). تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة العشوائية البسيطة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الأمن النفسي لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية في محافظة الخليل كان بدرجة متوسطة، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (3.30) وبنسبة مئوية بلغت (66.0%). وأن مستوى دافعية الإنجاز لديهم كان مرتفعاً، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي للدرجة الكلية لدافعية الإنجاز (3.97) بنسبة مئوية بلغت (79.4%). وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة طردية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين الأمن النفسي ودافعية الإنجاز، حيث بلغ معامل الارتباط للعلاقة بين الأمن النفسي ودافعية الإنجاز (0.322) بدلالة إحصائية (0.000). The study aimed to identify the relationship between psychological security and motivation towards achievement among secondary school students in the Hebron governorate, and the study used the relational descriptive approach, as the study was conducted on a sample of (160) students from the secondary stage in the Directorate of Education in Central Hebron for the academic year. (2019/2020). They were chosen by simple random sampling method. The study found that the level of psychological security among secondary school students in the Hebron governorate was moderate, with an arithmetic average of (3.30) and a percentage of (66.0%). And that the level of achievement motivation was high, as the arithmetic average of the total score for achievement motivation was (3.97) with a percentage of (79.4%). The results showed the existence of a positive statistically significant positive relationship between psychological security and achievement motivation, where the correlation coefficient of the relationship between psychological security and achievement motivation reached (0.322) with a statistical significance (0.000).
