أم طفل طيف التوحد والعلاج المعرفي السلوكي

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تطبيق برنامج علاجي معرفي سلوكي مع أمهات أطفال طيف التوحد وذلك بعد التعرف على مختلف الاضطرابات النفسية التي تعاني منها تلك الأمهات، تم الانطلاق من إشكالية أساسية مفادها ما يلي: هل تعاني أم طفل طيف التوحد من اضطرابات نفسية جراء حالة ابنها؟ كانت الدراسة بالمركز النفسي البيداغوجي للأطفال المعاقين ذهنيا بالشلف . حيث استخدما الباحثان المنهج العيادي الذي يقوم على دراسة الحالة باعتماد كل من الملاحظة العيادية والمقابلة العيادية على عينة بحث تمثلت في 3أمهات لأطفال طيف التوحد. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: أم طفل طيف التوحد تعاني من عدة اضطرابات نفسية وأهمها القلق والضغط النفسي والسبب الرئيسي في ذلك هو الأفكار السلبية التي تحملها الأم بسبب اضطراب ابنها، كما أن الأم بحاجة إلى علاج معرفي سلوكي من أجل توازن صحتها النفسية. The current study aimed to implement a behavioral cognitive therapy program with mothers of autistic spectrum children after identifying the various mental disorders experienced by these mothers, which was based on the basic problem of: Does the mother of an autistic spectrum child suffer from mental disorders due to her son's condition? The study was at the Pedagogical Psychological Center for Mentally Disabled Children in Chlef. The researchers used the clinical approach based on the case study by relying on both clinical observation and clinical interviewing on a research sample of 3 mothers of autistic spectrum children. The results of the study showed: The mother of an autistic spectrum child suffers from several psychological disorders, the most important of which is anxiety and stress, the main reason for which is the negative thoughts that the mother carries due to her son's disorder, and the mother needs behavioral cognitive therapy in order to balance her mental health.
