دور البيئة المدرسية في تعزيز السعادة النفسية لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية (دراسة ميدانية بمدارس محلية الخرطوم)

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدارسة إلى معرفة دور البيئة المدرسية في تعزيز السعادة النفسية لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية، كما هدفت إلى إمكانية التنبؤ بالسعادة النفسية من خلال أبعاد البيئة المدرسية، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، بلغت عينة الدراسة (300) طالباً وطالبة من طلاب المرحلة الثانوية بمحلية الخرطوم للعام الدراسي 2018/2019، وقد تم اختيار عينة الدراسة عن طريق العينة الطبقية العشوائية، استخدم الباحث مقياس البيئة المدرسية (من إعداد الباحث) ومقياس السعادة النفسية الذي قام بإعدادهRosemary A Abbott (2006) وتمت ترجمته بواسطة الدكتورة سمية الجمال، وذلك بعد التحقق من الصدق والثبات عليهما، توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى توفر معايير البيئة المدرسية في مدارس محلية الخرطوم جاء بمستوى مرتفع، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود بُعدين من أبعاد البيئة المدرسية لهما القدرة على التنبؤ بالسعادة النفسية لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية وهما بُعد البيئة الاجتماعية وبُعد البيئة الترويحية. كما قدمت الدراسة التوصيات لتحسين البيئة المدرسية وزيادة مستوى السعادة النفسية للطلاب. الكلمات المفتاحية: البيئة المدرسية، السعادة النفسية، التعزيز، طلاب المرحلة الثانوية، محلية الخرطوم. Abstract: The study aimed to know the role of the school environment in promoting psychological happiness in high school students, as well as the possibility of predicting psychological happiness through the dimensions of the school environment, the researcher used the descriptive analytical curriculum, the sample of the study (300) male and female for the academic year 2018/2019, the sample of the study was selected by random class sample, the researcher used the school environment scale (prepared by the researcher) and the psychological happiness scale prepared by Rosemary A Abbott (2006) and translated by Dr. Somaya Al-Jamal, the results of the study found that the level of availability of school environment standards in local schools in Khartoum came at a high level, as the results showed the existence of two dimensions of the school environment that have the ability to predict the psychological happiness, the social and recreational environment dimension.
