Résumé: الملخص : تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة طرق الإفهام التي من شأنها تسهيل عملية التواصل وبطريقة إنتاج الفعل التواصلي والفعل الكلامي في إطار موقف كلامي ملموس ومحدد مع مراعاة حال السامع أثناء الخطاب، كما تهتم بالظروف والأحوال الخارجية المحيطة بالعملية التواصلية ضمانا لتحقيق التواصل من جهة ولتستغلها في الوصول إلى غرض المتكلم وقصده من كلامه من جهة أخرى . Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to study the ways of understanding that facilitate the process of communication and manner of producing the communicative and speech acts within the framework of a concrete and specific communicative situation , taking into account the status of the hearer in the discourse . It also takes into account the external circumstances surroundingthe interactive process to realize the communication on the one hand , and to reach the purpose of the speaker on the other hand
