تقييم الأداء المالي في الصناعة الصيدلانية: دراسة مقارنة بين المؤسسات العمومية والخاصة حالة شركة صيدال وبيوفارم (2011-2022)

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الى مقارنة وتقييم الأداء المالي لقطاع الأدوية من حيث طبيعة الملكية، اتبعنا في هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة شركة صيدال وبيوفارم عبر الاستعانة بحساب النسب المالية لكلا المجمعين من سنة 2011 الى سنة 2022. خلصت الدراسة الى ان كلا الشركتين تتميزان بأداء مالي جيد ولكن الشركات الخاصة ممثلة في بيوفارم تفوقت على منافستها في القطاع العام شركة صيدال. الا ان أهداف المؤسسات تختلف باختلاف نمط الملكية وهو ما يسبب اختلافا في الأداء. The study aims to compare and evaluate the financial performance of the pharmaceutical sector in terms of the nature of ownership. We followed the descriptive analytical approach to study Saidal company and Biopharm company by using the calculation of financial ratios for both groups from 2011 to 2022. The study concluded that both companies are distinguished by good financial performance, but Biopharm’s private company outperformed their competitor Saidal’s public company. However, the objectives of institutions differ depending on the ownership type, which causes differences in performance.
