Résumé: الملخص: تدرس علاقة النقد باللسانيات في إطار الدراسات البينية، من أجل الوقوف على البعد المعرفي المشترك بينهما، وقد نادى غير دارس بنهج هذا السبيل لإدراك العلاقة بين النقد والعلوم الأخرى، وكان من أولئك الدارسين " عبد السلام المسدي"، الذي اعتنى بهذه القضية، وعمل جاهدا على إيجاد العلاقة بين النقد واللسانيات في كثير من مؤلفاته، حيث رأى أنّ تطوير النقد الأدبي يتطلب وعيا كافيا بموضوع الاستثمار المعرفي لدى الناقد؛ حتّى يتسنى له تحديد متطلباته واحتياجاته المنهجية والمعرفية، وكذا آلياته الإجرائية لرسم مشروع تحديثيّ له. ذلك ما نحاول الكشف عنه في هذه الدراسة. The study of the relationship of criticism with linguistics in the framework of interdisciplinary studies, in order to identify the common knowledge dimension between them. To find the relationship between criticism and linguistics in many of his works, where he believed that the development of literary criticism requires sufficient awareness of the subject of knowledge of the critic; in order to be able to determine its requirements and needs methodological and cognitive, as well as its procedural mechanisms to draw up a modernization project. That's what we're trying to reveal in this study.
