الفروق بين تصورالاساتذة الجامعيين في تطبيق نظام ل م د في الجامعات الجزائرية

Résumé: ملخص: تتمحور الدراسة الحالية حول الفروق بين تصور الأساتذة الجامعيين في تطبيق نظام ل م د في الجامعات الجزائرية حسب الدرجة العلمية وحسب التخصص باستعمال المنهج الوصفي ، وضمت العينة 328 أستاذا من مختلف الدرجات العلمية ( أساتذة التعليم العالي ، المحاضرون، المساعدين) منهم 199 ذكرا و129 أنثى وهم من تخصصات مختلفة – تخصص العلوم التكنولوجية وتخصص العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية ،من مختلف جامعات الوسط ( جامعة المدية ، جامعة البليدة ، جامعة الجزائر 2،وجامعة هواري بومدين ،واستخدمت تقنية الاستبيان لجمع المعلومات حول نظام ل م د وضم أربعة محاور – التحضير للدرس التطبيق أثناء الدرس ، التقويم بكل أشكاله المستمر والسداسي النهائي ، والصعوبات التي يتلقاها المدرس ، وتوصلت الدراسة لنتائج انه كلما ارتفعت الدرجة العلمية لدى الأساتذة كان التصور في التحكم أكثر في تطبيق النظام وكلما انخفضت الدرجة العلمية انخفض مستوى التصور في التحكم في هذا النظام ، بالإضافة أن أساتذة العلوم التكنولوجية هم أكثر تصورا في التحكم في تطبيق النظام من أساتذة العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية Abstract : The present study focuses on the differences between the perception of university professors in the application of the LMD system in Algerian universities according to the degree and specialization using the descriptive method. The sample included 328 professors of different degrees (professors of higher education, lecturers, assistants), including 199 males and 129 females. From different disciplines - technological sciences and humanities and social sciences, from different universities of the center (Médea, Blida, Algeriers 2, and Houari Boumediene), the questionnaire technique was used to collect information about the LMD system and the inclusion of four axes - Preparation for the application lesson During the teach, the assessment in all its continuous and final hexagonal forms, the difficulties the teacher receives, The study concluded that the higher the degree the professors, the more the perception of control in the application of the system and the lower the degree of the degree of perception in the control of this system
