محددات الطلب على التمويل المصرفي الزراعي دراسة حالة ولاية الوادي

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على محددات الطلب على التمويل المصرفي الزراعي من طرف المزارعين وذلك من خلال تحديد العوامل المحفزة على طلب التمويل المصرفي والعوامل الأخرى التي تحول دون ذلك. واستخدمت الدراسة نموذج الانحدار اللوجيستي الثنائي للكشف عن العوامل المؤثرة في الطلب على التمويل المصرفي بين مزارعي ولاية الوادي، فيما استهدفت الاستبانة عينة عشوائية مكونة من 127 مزارعا. أظهرت النتائج أن هناك متغيرات ذات تأثير هام على طلب التمويل الزراعي وهي: عدم كفاية المدخرات الخاصة للمزارعين، مخاطر النشاط الزراعي، العراقيل الإدارية وملكية الأرض الزراعية، بينما سعر الفائدة الضمني المفروض على القروض، الضمانات، وعدم تنوع القروض الزراعية من حيث الأجل والقيمة لا تؤثرعلى طلب القروض الزراعية. Summary: This study aims to identify the determinants of demand for agricultural banking finance by farmers. The study employed the BinaryLogestic regression model to investigate the factors influencing the farmers' demand for agricultural loans in Elouedprovince, where the questionnaire was administered to target a random sample of 127 farmers. The results revealed significant variables which have impact on the application for agricultural loans such as: the inadequacy of farmers' private savings, risks of agricultural activity, administrative obstacles and agricultural land property. While the implicit interest rate imposed on the agricultural loans, collaterals, the non-diversification of agricultural loans and stimulated financing offers are not significant on the demand for agricultural loans
