عائد تمويل وتقييم المشاريع الإستثمارية كمدخل لعائد رأس المال في إقتصاد المشاركة -دراسة تحليلية-

Résumé: الملخص: من منطلق أن لكل نظام ثوابته ومتغيراته، وعلى أساس أن النقود والمصارف من ثوابت أي نظام اقتصادي فإن النموذج الإقتصادي الإسلامي الذي يلغى التعامل بالفائدة، يقترح بديلا قائما على قواعد غير تلك التي تحكم الإقتصاد الوضعي من منطلق, العوائد ومخاطرها، والمشاركة في الأرباح والخسائر وبعلاقة مترابطة بالمساهمة في التمويل والنتائج، عكس نظام الفائدة القائم على علاقة دين بين مقرض ومقترض ووسيط بينهما علاقة دون اعتبار لنتيجة المشروع الممول. ولا شك أن اعتماد المؤشرات يعد أمراً ضرورياً لتحديد كفاءة الأداء وقياس نسب نجاح النظام وتتبع تغيراته، ومن ثم يقترح البحث تقديرا لمعدل عائد من منطلق صيغ التمويل التشاركية وتقييم المشروعات، وفق المعايير الإقتصادية والمالية المتعارف عليها. Abstract: On the basis that each system has its rewards and variables, and on the basis that financing and investment are constants of any economic system, the Islamic economic model that cancels the interest, proposes an alternative based on rules other than those that govern the positive economy in terms of returns and risks, The participation in profits and losses and a correlation with the contribution to financing and results reflected the interest system based on a debt relationship between a lender, a borrower and a broker without regard to the outcome of the financed project. There is no doubt that the adoption of indicators is necessary to determine the efficiency of performance and measure the success rates of the system and track its changes, the research proposes an estimate of the rate of return from the basis of participation financing formulas and project evaluation, in accordance with the established economic and financial criteria.
