أسباب هجرة الكفاءات الجزائرية وأثرها على التنمية دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الكفاءات المهاجرة بدول الخليج

Résumé: تعد ظاهرة هجرة الكفاءات العلمية إلى الدول المتقدمة من أهم المشكلات التي تواجه الدول النامية، لما تؤدى إليه هذه الظاهرة من استنزاف لثروات تلك الدول اللازمة لتحقيق تنميتها الاقتصادية والبشرية. الجزائر من البلدان التي تعاني من هجرة كفاءاتها ، مما يؤثرا سلبا على التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للبلاد ،وتعتبر بلدان الخليج العربي منطقة جديدة تستقطب العديد من الكفاءات في تخصصات مختلفة تدفعها عوامل إقتصادية ومشاكل إدارية . The phenomenon of the migration of scientific talent to the developed countries is one of the most important problems facing developing countries, as this phenomenon leads to a depletion of the wealth of those countries necessary to achieve their economic and human development. Algeria is one of the countries that suffer from the emigration of its talents, which negatively affects the economic and social development of the country. The Arab Gulf countries are considered a new region that attracts many talents in different specializations driven by economic factors and administrative problems.
