أثر متطلبات الإدارة الإلكترونية في تفعيل وسائل الدفع الإلكترونية في البنوك التجارية - دراسة ميدانية للبنك الوطني الجزائري "bna" تيارت – الجزائر-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى تأثير متطلبات الإدارة الإلكترونية في تفعيل وسائل الدفع الإلكترونية في البنوك التجارية، ومدى توفر البنك الوطني الجزائري على متطلبات الإدارة الإلكترونية ووسائل الدفع الإلكترونية، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من 56 مفردة. وتم توزيع استمارة استبيان تحتوي على ثلاثة أقسام، فالأول خصص لرصد البيانات الشخصية لأفراد العينة، بينما الثاني فخصص لمتطلبات الإدارة الإلكترونية، أما الثالث فخصص لوسائل الدفع الإلكترونية، ولتحليل إجابات الاستبيان استخدمنا برنامج spssv22، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تطبيق متطلبات الإدارة الإلكترونية في BNA يرقى إلى المستوى المطلوب، فهي تتوفر على أجهزة وبرامج إلكترونية وموارد بشرية التي بدورها ساهمت في تفعيل وسائل الدفع الإلكترونية ببنك محل الدراسة. This study aims at highlighting the impact of e-management requirements on the activation of e- payment methods in commercial banks, and the extent to which the Algerian National Bank has the requirements of e-management and e-payment methods, and the study community may be 56 singles. A three-part questionnaire was distributed, the first was dedicated to monitoring the personal data of the sample members, the second was dedicated to e-management requirements, the third was . for electronic payment methods, and to analyse the answers of Questionnaire we used the SPSSV22, and the results showed that the application of BNA e-management requirements was up to the required level. They are available on electronic devices, software and human resources.
