الرفاه النفسي عند المتقاعدين المصابين بالأمراض المزمنة

Résumé: للرفاه النفسي مكانة بارزة لدى مختلف الثقافات ويسعى الجميع اليه بوصفه هدفا أسمى للحياة لارتباطه بالحالة المزاجية للفرد. (سرميني 2014، العنزي، 2017: 189) وقد عد الرفاه النفسي سنة 2011 حجر الزاوية في الصحة النفسية من طرف منظمة الصحة العالمية. وفي هذا السياق تستهدف هذه الورقة الى دراسة مستوى الرفاه النفسي باستخدام مقياس RYFF,1989 المتكون من ستة 6 ابعاد على عينة من المتقاعدين المصابين بأمراض مزمنة على اعتبار ان المرض يشيع مع التقدم في السن ولان الرفاه النفسي ذو علاقة وطيدة بالصحة فان الحالة الصحية قد تؤثر سلبيا على درجته وقد ينقص المرض من مستواه بالرغم ان بعض المرضى لم يسجلوا انخفاضا في مستوى رفاههم النفسي. وقد بينت الدراسة ارتفاع مستوى الرفاه النفسي لدى افراد العينة متجاوبة مع نتائج الأبحاث التي تدل على مستويات عالية من الرفاه النفسي لديهم مقارنة بالأصغر سنا. Abstract: Psychological wellbeing has a prominent place in different cultures, and everyone seeks to achieve it as a supreme goal of life, since it relates to the individual’s mood. (Sermini, 2014, Ennizi, 2017:189).In 2011, Psychological wellbeing has been defines, by the World Health Organization, as the cornerstone of mental health. In this context, the paper aims to study the level of psychological wellbeing using the Ryff 1989 standard six dimension on a sample of chronically ill retires, since the disease is common with age. Because of the fact that psychological wellbeing is closely related to health, health condition may affect its degree, and the disease may decrease its level, although some patients have not recorded a decline in the level of psychological wellbeing. The present study showed the high level of psychological wellbeing of the sample of the study, responding to the results of research that show a high level of psychological wellbeing compared to the Young.
