نظام الإدارة البيئية كآلية لتطوير الأداء الإستراتيجي للمؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية دراسة ميدانية بشركة الاسمنت عين التوتة بباتنة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح كيفية مساهمة نظام الإدارة البيئية في تطوير الأداء الإستراتيجي للمؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية، خاصة وأن العديد من هذه المؤسسات تجهل فوائد تطبيق هذا النظام وتأثيراته الإيجابية على أداءها الإستراتيجي، وذلك بدراسة حالة إحدى الشركات الصناعية الجزائرية والمتمثلة في شركة اسمنت عين التوتة بباتنة. حيث خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن تطبيق نظام الإدارة البيئية يؤدي إلى تطوير الأداء الإستراتيجي للشركة محل الدراسة من خلال الأثر الإيجابي الذي يتركه هذا النظام على عناصر أداءها. This study aimed to clarify how the contribution of the environmental management system in the development of the strategic performance of the Algerian industrial enterprises, especially that many of these institutions do not know the benefits of the application of this system and its effects of positive strategic performance, by examining the case of one of the Algerian industrial companies represented in the cement company from mulberry. Where this study concluded that the application of the environmental management system would lead to the development of the strategic performance of the company to replace the study through the positive impact of the impact of this system on the elements of its performance.
