أثر التغيب على الأداء الوظيفي

Résumé: تعتبر ظاهرة التغيب عن العمل من بين أهم المشاكل التي تعاني منها المؤسسات الإدارية، لأن كثرة التغيب عن العمل ينعكس سلبا على أداء العامل داخل المؤسسة، مما يؤدي إلى ركود العمل، نقص الخدمات و قلة الإنتاج، لأن الأداء المهني يعكس كفاءة و فعالية المؤسسة. لذا تهدف دراستنا إلى محاولة معرفة أسباب ظاهرة التغيب وإيجاد علاقة بينها وبين تقييم الأداء في الوظيف العمومي. حيث شملت الدراسة عينة من الموظفين في القطاع العام بواسطة أداة الاستبيان الالكتروني. وقد توصلت الدراسة الى وجود أثر لكل من العوامل الموجودة ضمن نطاق العمل (العوامل الشخصية والمهنية، الروح المعنوية، الرضا الوظيفي) على ظاهرة التغيب و ذلك باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية spss. The phenomenon of absenteeism is among the most important problems that administrative institutions suffer from, because frequent absenteeism negatively affects the performance of the worker within the institution, which leads to stagnation of work, lack of services and lack of production, because professional performance reflects the efficiency and effectiveness of the institution. Therefore, our study aims to try to know the causes of absenteeism and to find a relationship between it and performance evaluation in the public office. Where the study included a sample of employees in the public sector using the electronic questionnaire tool. The study found an effect of each of the factors within the scope of work (personal and professional factors, morale, job satisfaction) on the phenomenon of absenteeism, using the statistical package spss program.
