فعالية سياسة جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في تطوير الصادرات الجزائرية دراسة قياسية تحليلية خلال الفترة 1986-2020

Résumé: تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية قياس وتحليل أثر الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر على نمو الصادرات الجزائرية خلال الفترة (1986- 2020)، حيث تطرقنا إلى تحليل علاقة الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر بنمو الصادرات من خلال مختلف مداخل النظرية الاقتصادية المتعلقة بها، ثم تناولنا مختلف الدراسات التطبيقية التي توضح العلاقة بينهما والتي تم استنباطها من مختلف الدراسات التي أجريت على العديد من الدول، ثم حاولنا تقديم نمذجة لعلاقة الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر بنمو الصادرات الجزائري التي توائم حالة الاقتصاد الجزائري، وفي الأخير تم تطبيق ذلك النموذج على الاقتصاد الجزائري، حيث تبين من خلال كل هذا أن الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر لا يؤثر في نمو الصادرات، و يعزى ذلك إلى تركزه بشكل أساسي في قطاع المحروقات. This research paper deals with the measurement and analysis of the impact of foreign direct investment on the growth of Algerian exports during the period (1986-2020), where we discussed the analysis of the relationship of foreign direct investment to the growth of exports through various approaches to economic theory related to it, then we dealt with various applied studies that clarify the relationship between them. Which was deduced from various studies conducted on many countries, and then we tried to provide a modeling of the relationship of foreign direct investment with the growth of Algerian exports that matches the state of the Algerian economy. It does not affect the growth of exports, due to its concentration mainly in the hydrocarbons sector.
