Essai De Lutte Intégrée À L’égard Des Populations De Tuta Absoluta Sur Tomate Sous Serre Dans La Région De Mostaganem
Résumé: The tomato occupies a privileged place in the market gardening sector in Algeria. It is cultivated in plain field and under shelters. The heat and high humidity in the greenhouses favor a microclimate for the development of the tomato leafminer Tuta absoluta (Meyrick). The objective of this study is to highlight an integrated pest management strategy, namely cultural measures, biotechnical measures and bio-insecticides that can control this insect, as well as to verify the effectiveness of two plant extracts (manure and lemon). methanoid extract of Urtica mombranaceae) to control T. absoluta on two tomato varieties (Nada and Vermoni). To meet this objective, leaf extraction and maceration of nettle was performed to evaluate its toxicity to T. absoluta. The hydroalcoolyc extract and the nettle purse showed remarkable activity by contributing to batches of control.
