Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه المداخلة إلى رصد الظروف السياسية، الاقتصادية والاجتماعية-الثقافية التي رافقت نشأة الصحافة في الجزائر خلال الاحتلال الفرنسي (الفترة 1847-1954(. ظهرت حينها -بالإضافة إلى صحافة الاحتلال- عدة تيارات صحفية كانعكاس لمختلف أطياف الحركة السياسية والفكرية في الجزائر. وقد أحصت أغلب المراجع أربعة أصناف من الصحافة الناشئة خلال هذه الفترة وهي الصحافة الحكومية، صحافة أحباب الأهالي، الصحافة الأهلية الجزائرية والصحافة الوطنية (الاستقلالية). أما عن ظروف نشأتها فقد رافق كل منها ظروف خاصة نشرحها في هذه المداخلة. Summary: This paper aims to present and explain the political, economic and socio-cultural conditions that accompanied the emergence of press in Algeria during the French occupation (1847-1954). During this period, several journalistic trends appeared as a reflection of the various political and intellectual movements in Algeria. Each of them was accompanied by special circumstances that we explain in this paper.
