تحديات وآفاق الأمن المجتمعي بالجزائر في ظل التحولات السياسية 2011-2020

Résumé: يهدف هذا المقال الى توضيح تحديات الأمن المجتمعي في الجزائر، والذي يعتبر أحد أهم الأهداف المنشودة من عملية الإصلاح السياسي في الجزائر، وخاصة عقب التحولات السياسية التي شهدتها الجزائر بعد 2011، فالمقال يفسر أثر معالجة قضايا المرحلة الانتقالية والعملية الدستورية على الأمن المجتمعي في الجزائر. كما يستشرف المقال مدى إمكانية تحقيق التماسك المجتمعي في الجزائر، لاسيما بعد الحراك السياسي بداية العام 2019، بالاعتماد على آليات الإصلاح السياسي، باعتباره مقاربة لتحقيق نظام مستقر، وإرساء دعائم الديمقراطية بهدف استعادة الأمن المجتمعي والاستقرار السياسي، من خلال تحليل مجمل الأسباب والظروف المؤدية الى ذلك. This article aims to clarify the challenges of social security in Algeria, which is one of the most important objectives of the political reform process in Algeria, especially after the political changes; after 2011 ; This article explained the impact of addressing transitional issues and the constitutional process on community security in Algeria. The article also prospects the Possibility to achieve a real social cohesion in Algeria, after the political movement experienced by Algeria in the beginning of 2019by relying on the mechanisms of political reform, as an approach to achieving a stable system, and establishing democracy in order to restore social security and political stability by analyzing reasons and circumstances leading to it.
