مساهمة القطاع السياحي في تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي ومستوى التشغيل في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2000-2018

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث الى إبراز مساهمة القطاع السياحي في تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي والمساهمة في الرفع من مستوى التشغيل وركزنا على الفترة التي أعقبت الطفرة النفطية لسنة 1999، فــتـرة 2000-2018، والانتقال من نظام اقتصادي موجه إلى نظام اقتصاد السوق، هذه الفترة التي تبنت فيها الحكومة لسياسة اقتصادية جديدة تمثلت في تسطيرها لبرامج التنمية الاقتصادية، ولتحقيق هدف هذا البحث اعتمدنا على المعطيات الإحصائية الرسمية المستقات من الهيئات الحكومية لتبيين وتشخيص زيادة فعالية مساهمة هذا القطاع الاستراتيجي في النمو الاقتصادي والحد من البطالة، وتحريك التنمية الاقتصادية بصفة عامة، كقطاع بديل ومرافق للقطاعات الأخرى في ظل تقلبات أسعار النفط في السوق العالمي، حيث توصلنا الى محدودية وضعف مساهمة القطاع السياحي في النمو الاقتصادي ومستوى التشغيل بالجزائر. This paper aims at showing the Tourism sector role in achieving economic growth and the contribution in raising the level of employment. We focused on the period that followed the oil boom in 1999, between 2000 and 2018; and the shift from an oriented economic system to the market economy. The government adopted in this period a new economic policy represented in highlighting economic development programs. In order to achieve the objective of this research, we relied on official statistical data derived from government instances, to identify and diagnose the increasing effectiveness of the contribution of this strategic sector to economic growth, reduce unemployment and boost the economic development in general as an alternative, and accompanying sector to the other sectors in the light of oil price fluctuations in the world market. We eventually deduced the limited and weak contribution of the tourism sector to economic growth and the level of employment in Algeria.
