Résumé: الملخص: تهدف الدراسة أساسا الى محاولة عرض أهم المقاربات والتوجهات الحديثة في مجال اصلاح قطاع الرعاية الصحية في العديد من دول العالم، وذلك بالتركيز على الرعاية الصحية المقدمة لفئات خاصة من المجتمع على غرار الأطفال والأمهات، وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وذلك من أجل تعزيز اندماج هؤلاء أكثر في الأنشطة الحياتية المختلفة، والعمل على محاولة خلق منظومة صحية أكثر جودة وعدالة. الكلمات المفتاحية:اصلاح قطاع الرعاية الصحية؛ الصحة المجتمعية؛ القيم الصحية والأمن الصحي. Abstract: The main objective of the study is to try to present the most important approaches and trends in reforming the health care sector in many countries of the world by focusing on the health care provided to special groups of society such as children, mothers and people with special needs in order to enhance their integration in activities Life, and trying to create a healthier and more equitable health system.
