القبائل الجزائرية وعلاقتها بالسلطة في القرن التاسع عشر من خلال سجلات القرار المشيخي- قبيلة مرداس أنموذجا-

Résumé: جاءت هذه الدراسة لتوضح الوضعية التي آلت إليها قبيلة مرداس خلال القرن التاسع عشر، ومن وراءها العديد من القبائل الجزائرية، انطلاقا مما جاء في سجلات السيناتوس كونسيلت، التي بدورها ذكرت أن تشكُّل هذه القبيلة كان نتاجا لتلاحم وصراع مجموعة من البطون، تمكنت من الاستقرار وممارسة أنشطة معيشية رسمت لها طريق الحياة، كما شهدت هذه القبيلة الكثير من التحديات والتقلبات خلال هذه الفترة، ففي أواخر العهد العثماني كانت رعية خاضعة تدفع الضرائب للسلطة، ثم جاء الاحتلال الفرنسي ورمى بثقله محاولا السيطرة عليها خدمة للأهداف الاستيطانية، وبالرغم من مقاومتها له عسكريا، إلا أن الإجراءات المتعلقة بالقوانين العقارية التي أصدرها أحدثت تحولا جذريا في تركيبتها وأنماط معيشتها، فقد صودرت أراضيها وقسمت إلى دواوير وألحق كل دوار ببلدية معينة، حتى كانت النهاية باختفاء قبيلة مرداس على غرار العديد من القبائل الجزائرية. Although Its resistance to the French forces, the measures relating to the estate laws which was taken by the French colonization radically transformed its composition and lifestyle, its land was confiscated, divided into douwars and attached to different municipalities, until the disappearance of the Merdès tribe, like many Algerian tribes.
