Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز اثر المسؤولية الاجتماعية في خلق الميزة التنافسية بشركات المساهمة لولاية بسكرة، حيث تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات عن متغيرات الدارسة،إذ تم توزيعه على عينة شملت 35 عامل في شركات المساهمة للولاية بسكرة،حيث تم استخدام برنامج التحليل الاجصائي spss البيانات واختبار مدى صحة فرضيات، ومن خلال النتائج المتوصل إليها اتضح أن هناك أثر للمسؤولية الاجتماعية على الميزة التنافسية بشركات المساهمة للولاية بسكرة باستثناء البعد القانوني . The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data on the variables of the study, as it was distributed to a sample of 35 workers in the joint stock companies of the state of Biskra. Health hypotheses. From the results, it was found that there is an impact of social responsibility on the competitive advantage of the state shareholding companies in Biskra with the exception of the legal dimension.
